But first, let’s make sure you can login to your new portal and setup the necessary integrations!

  • You should have seen a “Welcome Email” come to your inbox. The from address is “[email protected]”. This will allow you to “Set Password”, and get logged in.

Pre-emptive steps to help streamline:

  • Please select what systems you are using today for the relevant setup documentation.
  • It is helpful to have the main administrative login credentials of the Accounting/CRM components of your business while configuring the integrations.

You will finish each component’s setup under Settings + Integrations (they should already be added for you!).

You or a member of your team may have also seen a pair of emails from the credit card processing bank “Clearent”. The email would come from [email protected] prompting you to log into their online system at https://www.clearent.com.

This system gives you access to a 24 month archive of your credit card processing statements as well as various other information about past credit card charges.

The most critical portion of this system is the Data Guardian item you will find along the lower left side. Data Guardian is Clearent’s PCI compliance and security assurance program. The video below will walk you through the steps necessary to complete their survey. Start to finish should take less than 10 minutes.
