G9. The forgot password link did not send me an email.

The forgot password link didn’t send an email.

Resolution:

  1. First, make sure it simply didn’t land in your spam filter.
  2. 2. For the forgot password email to be sent, your ConnectWise must have a contact record, with the exact same email as the one entered on the Forgot Password screen. The matching contact must also already have a password setup in Connectwise. If either of these things are not the case, then no email will be sent.
