G17. Why didn’t my AutoPay run on the date I expected it to?

Why didn’t my AutoPay run on the date I expected it to?

Answer:

  • In order for ConnectBooster to process a payment on the invoice due date, the invoice must have been synced to our database, prior to 4am CST on the due date. Invoices which are synced to CB after this time are paid the following day.
  • If you have recently experienced prolonged trouble with your sync, this can delay auto-payments, as ConnectBooster will not be aware of invoices needing to be paid until they are synced to our system.
