F6. Service > Open Service Tickets

This page provides you with a running list of all pending service tickets.

  1. Navigate through Service > Open Service Tickets.
  2. Click on the “Details” link to view the full ticket details.
  3. The client will have the option to submit additional information for the ticket.
  4. This additional information will trigger the “customer has updated” alert on the ConnectWise service board, and show any workflow changes.
