E1. Support > Company Mapper

This is where you resolve issues where ConnectBooster was unable to establish the relationship between the QuickBooks customer record and the ConnectWise company record.

  1. Navigate through Support > Company Mapping.
    • Each customer in QuickBooks must be mapped to its corresponding ConnectWise company with 100% certainty, so there is no chance an invoice will be displayed to the wrong company.
      • This tool pulls out companies that are not mapping correctly.
  2. Review and fix issues with any companies that show up here. Click on a company name, then use the search box to pull up a list of matching companies found in your ConnectWise. Click “Map to this Company Link” on the appropriate result.
