This is where you resolve issues where ConnectBooster was unable to establish the relationship between the QuickBooks customer record and the ConnectWise company record.
- Navigate through Support > Company Mapping.
- Each customer in QuickBooks must be mapped to its corresponding ConnectWise company with 100% certainty, so there is no chance an invoice will be displayed to the wrong company.
- This tool pulls out companies that are not mapping correctly.
