D19. Setup > Portal Configuration > Enable/Disable Features > Monthly Summary Statement

Learn how to send clients reports of open and past due invoices.

  1. Navigate through Setup > Portal Configuration > Enable/Disable Features
  • At the bottom of the page you will see “Send Monthly Statement Summary On”
  • Use the drop down to select the date you want the email report to go out.

  • The email report will contain all open invoices, and mark invoices in red that are past due
    • It will send to any client with an open invoice
      • It will be delivered to the default billing contact. If that is not set, it will send to the primary contact of the client profile.
  • The email notification’s body will be inserted into your “Master Email Template” styling, if you have that feature turned on.
