D13. Setup > Service > Configure Service Board Integrators

Configure the Service Board Integrator Configuration.

This will allow your customers to write a ticket within ConnectBooster and have it show up in your ConnectWise portal.

  1. Navigate through Setup > Service Board > Service Board Integrators.
  2. Click “Add New Record”.
  3. Your username and password are what you originally created when first setting up the ConnectWise Integrator and turning on APIs. The service board name should match the board chosen when the integrator was created, as well.
